Lean Course: A two-part program that introduces the learner to concepts and Lean principles.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt: A self-guided online
program introducing the learner to basic concepts and principles of Lean Six
Sigma.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt: A combination of online
content, mentorship by a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a mentored project that
provides in-depth learning and application of Lean Six Sigma principals, concepts,
and tools. (This course requires approval. Please send your request to GREATIDEAS@rivhs.com for approval and mentor assignment.)

Please note: If you are enrolling in a multi-phase curriculum, you only need to enroll in the first phase and you will automatically be enrolled in the whole curriculum.
